Get ready for a legendary concert: Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Gaby Moreno performs at the legendary Troubadour club in West Hollywood. The song collection celebrates the migration of song across the Americas: various Latin American music genres blend with a wide spectrum of American music including R&B, soul, pop, rock, country and more.

Many of Moreno’s songs in both English and Spanish explore themes of hope, love, nostalgia and desolation. Armed with a warm, soulful sound, Gaby Moreno continues to create music that offers an intoxicating invitation into her musical world for English and Spanish speakers alike. “It was always natural to me to create music using both languages because I speak both in my everyday life,” notes Moreno. “I just couldn’t turn my back on one or the other. I’m proud of my Latin roots, of being a Guatemalan immigrant. I love how languages have the capacity of connecting with so many different cultures and people. But in the end, it’s the power of music that speaks to all of us and brings us together.”

With the song collection Gaby Moreno wanted to move into a new sonic landscape — “one that was more guitar-driven, leaning sometimes towards folk-rock and sometimes experimental” — she says. “It was important to first lay down the foundation with my band and later take a step back to listen and see if the song needed more layers.”

Since moving to Los Angeles from her native Guatemala, singer-songwriter-producer Gaby Moreno has released seven albums, earned a GRAMMY nomination for her album Illusion (Best Latin Pop Album, 2017), received multiple Latin GRAMMY nominations, won a LATIN GRAMMY for “Best New Artist” in 2013 and in 2024 she won the US GRAMMY for her self-produced acoustic EP „X Mí (Vol. 1)“ (Best Latin Pop Album). Over her career, Moreno has shared the international stage with pop music luminaries such as Bono, Andrea Boccelli, Tracy Chapman, Ani DiFranco, Punch Brothers, Hugh Laurie, Buena Vista Social Club, Calexico, David Gray, Van Dyke Parks, Jackson Browne and many more.

Named one of the best rock clubs by Rolling Stone and located in West Hollywood, CA, the legendary Troubadour club in West Hollywood has helped launch some of contemporary music’s most talented performers since opening in 1957. Greats such as Elton John or Tom Waits performed there early in their careers, and it continues to be a destination for cutting-edge acts from around the world. The Troubadour also remains a popular venue among serious music fans who enjoy listening to live music in an intimate and historically rich setting.
